Refund policy

We offer full refunds for returns. Purchases must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date or purchase date (as shown on the tracking number that we ship your order with). All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received. Items must be returned unworn and unwashed condition. All original tags must be attached.

For in person returns: Please email info@shopthepopehouse.com with your name and order number to coordinate a time. 

For shipping returns: Please include a copy of your receipt, order number or packing slip, and your reason for return. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to provide return labels.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Email info@shopthepopehouse.com to start the exchange process. You have 15 days to contact The Pope House and make an exchange.
